Work at height is any place where, if precautions are not taken, a person could fall a distance and injure themselves. This includes ; anywhere above ground level. from an edge, through a fragile surface and from ground level into a hole in the floor/ground.
It is your responsibility to ensure your staff have sufficient skills, knowledge and experience to perform tasks at height.
